When you click” book it”, you will see our complete policy, terms, and conditions and agree to them before giving a credit card. Occasionally we open up accommodations for 1 night stays, click book it and enter dates to see if a 1 night stay if available.

rental confirmation
When you make your online reservation with us at www.apostlerentals.com, and receive the confirmation, for security purposes, please text or call us with the security code on your credit card (to 715-371-0171) along with your first & last name. Please do this within 30 minutes of receiving the email. If we do not receive the security code within 30 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation!
fees
When you make your online reservation with a partner site such as www.VRBO.com, they will charge you a service fee.
We DO NOT charge a service fee when you make your reservation on our Apostle Rentals website.
If one night is available between reservations, you may call in and reserve (715-371-0171). One Night stay fees vary.
reservation response requirements
After making your reservation, we email you a door code & rental information. Please email us with first & last names of all of your guests including their address, city, state, and zip code to info@apostlerentals.com, as required by Wisconsin Guest Registration Statute DHS 195.16.
additional information about Bayfield
Customers who make a reservation with us or with an online travel agency will be added to our email list. From time to time we email out information on Bayfield, WI. You may unsubscribe at any time.
no pets
Sorry no pets allowed at the accommodations. (The owner’s dogs Chester and Oscar may be at The Pilot House B & B on rare occasion and only in common areas and accompanied by owners.)
damage or theft
Customers are liable for damage or theft at any of the properties and their credit or debit card may be charged for damages.
check-in / check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Sorry, no early check-ins or late departures. Please don’t ask.
Janitorial/towel service
Janitorial & towel service is performed after your stay or after 7 days whichever comes first.
WiFi
If the WIFI at your accommodation is not working, please call us and we can re-set the router. If that does not work, and you really need to use the internet, please use your phone as a wifi hot spot to run a tablet or laptop computer. We are not responsible for WIFI that does not work due to a provider such as Spectrum, Charter, Century Link, or any other provider. When we have a large number of people in Bayfield, there are times when the internet goes down. WE WILL NOT REDUCE RATES OR DO A DISCOUNT IF THE WIFI or CABLE TV DOES NOT WORK.
deposit
If you make your reservation through VRBO (or one of their partners) your credit card will be charged a deposit of 100% of the total reservation plus fees and taxes.
If you make your reservation through us at www.ApostleRentals.com, we will charge your credit card for a deposit of 100% of the total reservation including sales taxes. We can take your deposit on a Debit or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Only one credit card may be used for the entire reservation, and the name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the credit card. We will not split balances between parties!
cancellations / refunds
Because of our very short season, we have a strict cancellation policy. NO REFUNDS. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance in case you have to cancel your reservation for any reason and do not want to lose the full amount of the reservation. Just google “Travel Insurance”, and for a very small investment you can choose from an insurance plan to help. See Policy, Terms, and Conditions when you book.
discount for subsequent stays
Customers who stay with us or canceled, will receive a promo code by email for 10% off their next stay as long as it is for a minimum of 3 nights.
